  1. Purpose of the RFP

This RFP seeks to engage a qualified Website Management and Support provider to maintain, secure, optimize, and enhance www.sib.co.ke and all product microsites.

  • Monthly maintenance & security report
  • Quarterly performance review
  • SLA‑based content updates
  • Security documentation & backup logs
  • Incident management reports
  1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • 9% uptime
  • Critical issues: Response 2 hrs, Resolution 12 hrs
  • High priority: Response 6 hrs, Resolution 24 hrs
  • Standard: Response 24–48 hrs, Resolution 3–5 days
  1. Qualification Requirements
  • Proven expertise managing financial‑sector websites
  • Proficiency in WordPress/Elementor & API integrations
  • Security capabilities
  • Qualified support team
  • Three client references
