Esther has been an instrumental team member since she joined SIB in 2004, progressing to her current role as Head of Client Services. Her abilities encompass analysis, problem-solving, coordination, and communication.

Esther is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the client service experience at SIB, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and solutions tailored to their needs. Through her work, she ensures that SIB’s services consistently meet and exceed client expectations, while also aligning with the organization’s objectives.
