The proxy need not be a unitholder of the scheme.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duly completed proxy forms must be received at the Fund Manager\u2019s offices or submitted electronically at least&nbsp;<strong>[48 hours]<\/strong>&nbsp;before the time of the meeting.
